Insect Drawings

Drawing of a honeybee and a promethea moth, paper and micron pen. I love drawing intricate pictures of insects and other tiny natural things and studying them up close. A bee is something that I might see for one second as it flies by, but drawing it allows me to look at it up close and learn exactly how translucent the wings are, see which direction all the tiny hairs are pointing, and notice how incredibly soft the body seems.
