General Feelings

I went to Oberlin College and spent four years dining in a massive 100+ person co-op. We made decisions by consensus, which sometimes involved discussion leaders gauging the “general feelings” of the co-op on an issue with a show of thumbs. We would joke about who this elusive General Feelings might be, and why an esteemed general was so emotional. I was commissioned to draw the General himself, so here he is in all his emotional glory.
